Citiţi vă rog această poezie în engleză dacă puteţi!!!

În ochii tăi citisem

În ochii tăi citisem iubire dinadins Şi-n calea vremii steaua mea

O clipă s-au aprins.

Apoi, ca foi uscate, văzduhul coperind, Văzui nădejdi şi fericiri

Naintea mea pierind.

Dup-acea dulce clipă,, ce-atâta mă uimea, Nainte chiar de-a răsări

Se stinse steaua mea.

In your eyes I was reading love And against the time ,my star

For one second they glowed

And then, like dry leafs, covering the sky, I saw hopes and joys

Dying in front of me.

After that sweet second, that amazed me so much, Just before of rising

My star was dying.
